We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

Returns:
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened or used hair/skincare products

  • Wigs or hairpieces that have been worn or altered

  • Sale/discounted items

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
